Our DISCHER method transforms even older machines into devices that are practically as good as new - without having to go through complex approval processes. Even if the internal components are seriously worn, we carry out a high-quality renovation to the latest state of the art. We replace old copper pipes and non-ferrous metals with modern new plastic composite pipes and stainless steel fittings.

While your old systems are being modernized, we will help you out with our rental equipment.

We ensure that your old machines are completely gutted and equipped with the latest flushing technology and new inlet and outlet pipes. We also remove limescale deposits and other residues from the stainless steel housing. We take care of careful surface treatment and replace old stainless steel parts if necessary. Our extensive conversion measures enable your old pot sink to be re-labeled as a medical product.

Our maintenance measures are very cost-effective. We carry out a complete renovation in our company. Your old device will be given a new, high-quality stainless steel finish. After modernization, certification will be provided in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13485 and the Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC. We will bring the flushing technology, functionality and operation up to the latest state of the art, in accordance with DIN EN ISO 15883:2006. After modernization, up to 29 programs can be selected directly in your device and 3 A0 values can be freely set. A free water supply ensures optimal drinking water protection. You will receive a full 12-month guarantee on all electrical and moving parts for the visually appealing result. Provision of loan equipment for the period of modernization of your bedpan sink.
